VENUE FINDING SERVICE
Clients provide me with an outline of their preferred location, numbers, technical needs, break-out rooms, lunches, accommodation etc, and I will research venues that can best accommodate your requirements. I will endeavour to ‘hold’ those venues for a short duration enabling you to contact the venue direct in order to secure the booking.
Virtual Office Box will not work on a commission basis with the venue but negotiate the best rates for it’s Clients, and the only charge for doing so is our pre-agreed rate for managing this on your behalf.
